Where applicable, producers are required to maintain age and identity records for performers and make those records available to law enforcement and regulatory authorities upon request.

• Performer identification: government-issued IDs and contact information as provided by the content producer.
• Performer age verification: documents confirming date of birth.
• Model release / consent: signed statements where applicable.
• Production records: date and place of production, producer contact details.

Limitations

ENF Hub functions primarily as an indexing platform. For content hosted on third-party servers, the producer or hosting provider may be the primary record-keeper. We will cooperate with lawful requests and assist authorities as required.
