DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you must send us a proper DMCA notification. All notices must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and include the following:

  • Signature: an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Description of work: a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Infringing URL: a direct URL link to the infringing material on our website. We cannot act on vague or incomplete URLs.
  • Contact details: your full legal name, phone number, and email address.
  • Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material’s use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Perjury statement: a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

A valid DMCA notice must include all required items above or it may be ignored. If you previously submitted a DMCA complaint to Google regarding the same URLs, you must retract it before submitting to us.
