“Forcibly stripped” is about girls being stripped by others, not made to take their clothes off by themselves (for this, see “ Forced to strip “). I think RB is asking about the latter. In the video above, the girl is only made to dance naked, but was stripped by the criminal himself, so here “forcibly stripped” tag was used. If he had made her remove her clothes with her own hands, then it would have been “forced to strip”.
